We want you to love your Huddle gear! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to assist you within 30 days of purchase.
Condition
All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale
Some items, such as limited edition or sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly marked as “final sale” on the product page.

How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us
Please email us at merchandise@thehuddlesportsgrill.com to initiate your return or exchange.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, or we made an error with your order.
Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return or exchange within 5–7 business days. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped out once we’ve processed your request.
Non-refundable Shipping Costs
lease note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
(i) Damaged or Defective Items :If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact
us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer a replacement or a full refund for the item(s).
(ii) Gift Returns : If you received The Huddle Sports Grill merchandise as a gift, you can still exchange it for store credit or a different item. Please contact us with the order number or gift receipt, and we’ll assist you in processing your exchange.
Refunds
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used.
Partial Refunds
If items are returned in used or damaged condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the merchandise.
